Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1/4 pound provolone cheese, grated
1/4 pound American cheese, grated
1/2 pound pepperoni or salami, sliced thin
1 large tomato, cut in chunks (optional)
1 small onion, sliced thin
teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

Defrost and raise bread dough according to package directions. Roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Spread provolone and American cheese over dough, keeping 1/2 inch from edge. Spread pepperoni next. Top with tomato, onion rings, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle olive oil over all. Roll as you would a jellyroll and seal the edges. Rub with olive oil, puncture with fork, and place on oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 30–40 minutes.

Hint:
Add other sliced meats if you enjoy a meatier sandwich.
