New Peas and Potatoes

Ingredients

3 cups shelled fresh peas
12 small new potatoes, washed well
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons flour
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:

Cook peas and potatoes separately in salted water until soft and almost dry. Add peas to potatoes and pour milk over them. Bring milk to boiling point, then add paste of butter and flour. Cook until slightly thickened, and serve.
