Crescent Sausage & Cheese Bake

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 pound ground sausage, browned and drained
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions:

Spread rolls in the bottom of a greased 13"x9" baking pan; press in bottom and halfway up sides of pan. Sprinkle sausage over crust; sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour over cheese; bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Tip: Company coming for brunch? Take it easy…the night before, mix up dry ingredients for muffins or waffles, chop veggies for omelets or whisk eggs for scrambling. The next day, you’ll be a happy hostess.
