Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pound ground sausage, browned and drained
1 cup frozen diced potatoes, thawed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Arrange rolls with points toward center in an ungreased 12" pizza pan. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust; seal perforations. Spoon browned sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes; top with Cheddar cheese. Set aside. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.

Tip: Greet the day with a bright blossom at each place setting. Tiny containers like egg cups, toothpick holders and cream pitchers make charming little vases.
