Caramel Apple Pizza

Ingredients

1 package sugar cookie dough
1 cup peanut butter
1 large Granny Smith apple
1 bottle caramel syrup
1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Directions:

Let cookie dough come to room temperature; spread evenly onto pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Spread with a thin layer of peanut butter. Layer with thinly sliced apple and drizzle with caramel syrup. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
