Prepare 6 cups of pineapple chunks and store 2 cups in an airtight container in the fridge to use on Day 5, Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast.

Make enough extra pita bread to serve on Day 3, Greek Gyros.

When cutting up pineapple, chunk an extra 2 cups to use in Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast on Day 4.
