Mexican Lemon Cumin Dressing

Yield: 1 Cup

Ingredients

1/2 cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon chipotle pepper powder

Directions:

1. Place all the ingredients in a jar with a lid (a Mason jar is good). Cover and shake well until all of the ingredients are combined.

2. Use the dressing immediately, or refrigerate until ready to use. If refrigerating, allow the dressing to return to room temperature and stir vigorously before serving.
