Mango Salsa


Serves: 5

Yield: 2 Cups

Ingredients

1 large mango diced
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup finely diced fresh cilantro
1/4 cup diced jicama
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon finely diced jalapeño pepper
1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine. Let marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

2. Use immediately, or refrigerate until ready to use.

Tastes Great With . . .
