Ingredients

3 ripe mangos or 4 cups frozen mango
3 tablespoons raw honey
1/4 cup water

Directions:

1. Peel the mangos and place them in a blender or food processor along with the honey and blend until smooth. Add the water 1 to 2 tablespoons at a time until the consistency is thick and creamy. You may not need to use all the water.

3. Once the ice pops are frozen, pull them out by the stick and serve!

For a Change . . .
* Add 1/2 cup frozen peach, 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, or 1/2 cup diced papaya to the mixture before blending for different taste sensations.
* Add 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon to the mixture before placing it in the freezer.
* Omit the sticks and drop mango ice cubes into sparkling water for a delicious drink.
