Tomato Tortellini


Serves: 5

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) package tortellini pasta
1 quart water
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped
1 package Italian style spaghetti seasoning
garlic salt or powder (to taste)

Directions:

AT CAMP:
1. Bring water to a boil; add tortellini.

2. Boil 10 minutes or until "al dente".

3. Add tomatoes and cook one minute.

4. Drain water and add spice packet.

5. Season with garlic powder or garlic salt.

6. Mix well and enjoy!

Fun Fact: Canning rings can be used to cook your eggs in for egg sandwiches.
