Teriyaki Chicken


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 20

Ingredients

2 cups dry instant rice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1 packet honey (1 tablespoon)
2 packages soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
1 1/2 cups water
1 (5-ounce) can chicken

Directions:

AT HOME:
1. Mix dry ingredients; store in sealable bag.

2. Store honey and soy packets and canned chicken in separate, dry container.

AT CAMP:
1. Boil water; add dry mixture.

2. After rice is cooked, stir in chicken, honey and soy.

Fun Fact: To keep mosquitoes away rub the inside of an orange peel on face, arms and legs.
