1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 medium chopped onion
2 small avocados, diced
2 cups salsa or diced fresh tomatoes
1 clove finely minced garlic
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons lime juice
salt and pepper to taste


1. Combine all and let sit for 5 minutes. Enjoy with pita bread, tortillas or chips.
