Owyhee Spam & Eggs

Total Calories: 165


6 ounces (2 single serving) packets spam
2 sun-dried tomatoes halves chopped finely
4 eggs
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese
2 tablespoons oil


1. Put eggs into a camping/hiking egg carrier.

2. Put sun-dried tomatoes and cheese into bag.

3. Place oil into spill-proof container.

1. Add oil to pan.

2. Add Spam.

3. Fry until brown.

4. Add eggs and tomatoes.

5. Scramble and stir until cooked.

6. Top with cheese.

Note: You can substitute powdered eggs.

Fun Fact: Eating chocolate tends to make you thirsty.
