Kumbu French Toast

Serves: 5

4 eggs
2/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons cinnamon
8 thick slices 2 day old bread
2 tablespoons butter or oil
Condiments: butter, maple syrup, fresh blueberries


1. In shallow bowl, beat eggs, milk and cinnamon.

2. Dip each slice of bread into mixture, allowing bread to soak up the liquid.

3. In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter or vegetable oil.

4. Add bread pieces; fry until brown on both sides.

5. Serve hot with butter, maple syrup and fresh berries.

Fun Fact: The result of incomplete combustion is smoke.
