Beef Stroganoff

4 ounces cooked pasta
1/2 cup cooked ground beef
1/4 cup crumbled dried mushrooms
2 tablespoons diced dried onions
2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon tomato powder
1 teaspoon low sodium beef bouillon
1 teaspoon powdered butter
1 pinch ground black pepper


1. Pack everything in a quart freezer bag.

1. Cover with near boiling water; stir well; seal tightly.

2. Place in a cozy for 15 minutes.

Fun Fact: Poison ivy berries are white.
