Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
, chopped green onion
shredded Cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomato
salsa
12 taco shells

Directions:

Crumble ground beef in skillet and cook until browned. Drain off excess fat and pat with paper towels to absorb remaining fat. Stir in spices and cook for 1 minute. Layer ingredients in taco shell.
