Layered Burrito Casserole

Ingredients

2 tablespoons oils
4 flour tortillas
1/2 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup salsa
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chili
1 can refried beans
1 tomato, diced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can sliced olives

Directions:

Heat oil in skillet. Fry tortillas one at a time for about 20 seconds on each side. Drain on paper towels. In same skillet, cook ground beef until brown and crumbly. Drain. Add onion, garlic, salsa, chilies and beans. Simmer for 20 minutes. To assemble, place 1 tortilla in pie plate. Spoon 1/4 bean mixture on tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Repeat layering with remaining tortillas, beans and cheese. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until heated through. Top with lettuce, tomato and olives.
