Ingredients

DOUGH
1 tablespoon yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 to 2 1/2 cups flour

Pizza Sauce

TOPPINGS PER CHOICE
olives
mushrooms
onion
ham
green pepper
pepperoni
mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Mix together yeast, water, sugar, oil and salt. Mix in enough flour to make dough that is easy to handle. Knead about 5 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Roll out dough and place on greased pizza pan sprinkled with cornmeal. Spread with Pizza sauce, prepared as directed. Cover sauce with desired ingredients (olives, mushrooms, onions, ham, green pepper, pepperoni) based on personal preference. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake on lower rack at 450°F for 20 minutes or until bottom of crust is brown.
