Heat oil in large skillet. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Coat with flour. Place in skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add garlic, green peppers and onions to skillet. Cook for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, until slightly thickened. Add Chicken and simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over Chicken. Cover and cook for a few minutes until cheese Is melted. Serve sauce over spaghetti.
