Crusty Fish Steaks


Serves: 6

Ingredients

2 pounds fresh or frozen fish filets (halibut or cod)
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
paprika
2 cups crushed cornflakes

Tartar Sauce

Directions:

Cut fish into serving size pieces. Combine milk and salt. Dip fish in milk, then cornflake crumbs. Place in greased or foil-lined shallow baking dish. Combine butter and lemon juice. Drizzle over fish. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until flaky. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with tartar sauce.
