Steak Kabobs

Ingredients

2 pounds beef sirloin steaks
1 pint italian herb dressing
salt and pepper
zucchini chunks
green bell pepper chunks
mushrooms
cherry tomatoes

Directions:

Cut steak in cubes. Place in shallow dish. Pour dressing over beef, coating well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Marinate for 2 hours. Coat vegetables with marinade sauce. Arrange beef and vegetables alternately on skewers. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once and basting with remaining marinade.
