Salmon Supreme

Ingredients

2 pounds salmon steaks
salt and pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
2 teaspoons paprika

Directions:

Place salmon on foil-lined baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper and onions. Stir together sour cream and lemon juice. Spoon over salmon. Sprinkle cheese over sour cream And top with parsley and paprika. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until fish is flakey.
