Beef Gravy


Serves: 6
Total Calories: 18

Ingredients

2 cups water
2 teaspoons beef bouillon or base
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cold water
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Skim fat off of drippings with large spoon. Add 2 cups water and beef bouillon or base and stir until dissolved. Bring to a boil. Whisk flour and water until smooth and free of lumps. Slowly pour into drippings a little at a time whisking constantly until gravy is of desired consistency. Boil 1 minute. Add salt and pepper to taste.
