Irish-Banana-Man Chill

1/4 cup coffee syrup
2 tablespoons Baileys Original Irish Cream, or other irish cream liqueur
1 tablespoon Irish whiskey
1 cup sliced banana (1 large banana)
2 cups vanilla lowfat frozen yogurt


Place the coffee syrup, Irish cream liqueur, Irish whiskey, and banana in a blender, and mix on low speed until the banana is pureed. Add the yogurt and continue to
mix, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into champagne flutes or wine goblets and garnish each by inserting a Chocolate-Dipped Tortilla
Triangle (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired.
