Grand Marnier Razzamatazz

Ingredients

1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons Grand Marnier, or other orange liqueur
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups raspberries
2 cups Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Raspberry Swirl fat-free frozen yogurt, or other vanilla raspberry frozen yogurt

Directions:

Place the juice, orange liqueur, honey, raspberries, and yogurt in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into champagne flutes and garnish each by inserting a Pirouette cookie (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired.
