Banana Rum-Ba

Ingredients

1/4 cup lowfat milk
2 tablespoons light rum
2 tablespoons white crème de cacao
2 tablespoons crème de banana, or other banana liqueur
2 cups sliced bananas (2 large bananas)
1 1/2 cups vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt

Directions:

Place the milk, rum, crème de cacao, banana liqueur, and banana in a blender, and mix on low speed until the banana is pureed. Add the yogurt and continue to mix, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish each by inserting a Chocolate-Dipped Tortilla Triangle (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired.
