Turkey and Rice Soup

Ingredients

1 small onion chopped
1 cup celery diced
2 to 3 cups cooked turkeys diced
1 cup converted white rice uncooked
4 cups water
1 (12-ounce) jar turkey gravy
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in greased 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 5-7 hours, or until rice is done. Do not overcook. Makes 4~6 servings.

Serve with honey wheat rolls and fresh fruit.
