Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients

1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup condensed
2 cups cooked chicken chopped
1 cup carrot shredded
1 cup celery diced
2 (4-ounce) packages long grain and wild rice mix, with seasoning packets
5 cups chicken broth
5 cups water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a greased 4 1/2 to 6-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 4-6 hours, or until rice is done. Do not overcook. Makes 6-8 servings.

Serve with zucchini bread or applesauce muffins.
