Pork Chops and Potatoes


Serves: 6
Total Calories: 410

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (13-ounce) can evaporated milk, or 1 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons dry onions
salt and pepper to taste
6 pork chops, thinly sliced

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease oblong baking dish. Mix potatoes, soup, milk, dry onion, salt and pepper. Put in baking dish. Arrange pork chops on top of mixture and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
