Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients

4 - 6 pork chops
2 - 4 potatoes
1 onion, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Brown pork chops in skillet. Put in large casserole dish. Slice potatoes and put on top of pork chops. Add onion, salt and pepper. Put mushroom soup on top. Cover with foil. Cook in 350° oven until potatoes are done, approximately 1–1 1/2 hours.

Variation: Add green beans around edges of casserole before pouring on soup. Makes a meal-in-one-dish.
