Burrito Bake

2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin (optional)
1 (15-ounce) can refried beans
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can tomato soup
1 (15-ounce) can enchilada sauce
1 (10-count) package flour tortilla
lots of Cheddar cheese
sour cream and black olives (optional)


Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add seasonings, beans, soups, and enchilada sauce. In a 9x13-inch pan, layer tortillas and meat mixture like lasagna, adding cheese to each layer. Top with cheese. Bake in 9x13-inch pan at 350° for 45 minutes. Top with sour cream and black olives, if desired.
