1 orange large
1 6 1/2-ounce can tuna chunk white albacore packed in water
2 tablespoons red onions minced
1 1/2 tablespoons olives sliced ripe
Catalina salad dressing or creamy white dressing
Dash salt
Dash black pepper
Peel and thinly slice orange. Arrange on two individual plates.
Drain tuna. Place in a medium bowl and flake. Stir in red onion, olives and 1 to 2 tablespoons of the dressing, salt and pepper until blended. Mound onto orange slices. Drizzle with dressing. Pass additional dressing.
Serve on lettuce-lined plates with clusters of grapes, crackers or buttered pita bread.
