2 tomatoes small, cut up
4 ounces monterey jack cheese cut in 1/2 -inch cubes (about 1 cup)
1/2 green bell pepper diced
1/4 cup olives sliced ripe
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup italian herb dressing zesty
In a serving bowl, place tomatoes, cheese, green pepper and olives. Sprinkle with pepper. Pour dressing over; toss to coat all ingredients.
Serve with a slotted spoon.
Serve on lettuce with fried fish, noodles alfredo or buttered pasta.
Note: Salad can be served as a main dish salad for two.
