Olive Butter


Serves: 5

Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light olive oil

Directions:

1. Place the butter and oil in a small bowl, and use an electric mixer set on low speed to blend thoroughly.

2. Spoon the spread into an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve. Note that this spread will be solid only when well chilled.
