Italian Dressing

Ingredients

1 recipe Classic Vinaigrette
2 tablespoons very finely minced green or red bell peppers
1 tablespoon very finely minced onion
1/2 clove garlic finely minced
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon crumbled dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon celery salt

Directions:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake well to combine.

2. Refrigerate the dressing overnight, as this will allow the flavors to marry. This dressing gets better with time. Bring to room temperature and shake thoroughly before serving.
