Munsterrela Chicken Breast

8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 pound fresh, sliced mushrooms
1/2 pound Muenster cheese, grated
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup chicken broth


Dip chicken breasts in beaten eggs, then roll in bread crumbs. Brown in buttered skillet. Place in a 14-inch Dutch oven; top with mushrooms and grated cheeses. Pour broth over chicken and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown. Use 10 -12 briquettes on bottom and 10 - 12 on top.
