Baked Chukar

Ingredients

1 cup uncooked white rice
1/2 cup uncooked brown rice
1 salt and pepper
6 chukar breasts
1 (1-ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup
2 soup cans water

Directions:

Put white and brown rice in bottom of a 2-quart casserole. Salt and pepper chukar and place on top of the rice. Sprinkle soup mix over chukar and rice. Cover contents of casserole with cream of celery soup mixed with water. Bake uncovered at 425° for 20 minutes. Then cover casserole and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours more.
