Gym Rat’s Oven Baked Chicken Strips

2 (8-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 cup whole-wheat cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese


Cut chicken breasts into strips. Dip strips in egg whites. Combine cracker crumbs, spices, and Parmesan in a plastic bag. Add chicken strips and shake bag to coat with crumb mixture. Put chicken strips on a nonstick baking sheet or baking sheet sprayed with nonfat cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 10 - 12 minutes until golden and crunchy. Great served with marinara sauce.
