Grilled Chicken with Herbs

Serves: 6

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons minced rosemary
2 teaspoons minced thyme
1 sage leaf
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 salt and pepper
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts


In a blender, combine all ingredients except chicken. Pour marinade over chicken breasts in a bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator and let marinate for at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours. Grill or broil chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains. Makes 6 (4-ounce) servings.
