2 11-ounce cans corn
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
2 15-ounce cans black beans
2 cups picante sauce
1 1/2 cups grated longhorn cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Combine everything in crock pot (except cheese) and cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken is tender. Add the cheese just before serving. Serve with rice or tortillas.
