Baked Fudge


Serves: 12

Ingredients

2 sticks butter, melted
4 eggs
1/2 cup
2 cups splenda
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 cup pecan, chopped (optional)

Directions:

1. Beat the eggs until light, add Splenda and beat for 1 minute, add Baking Mix, cocoa, pecans, and vanilla. Fold in butter and blend well.

2. Pour into a greased pan.

3. Bake at 300° F for 45-55 minutes.
