Sage Potatoes

Ingredients

4-5 pounds red potatoes diced
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic crushed
2 Large Packages "Sage" flavor sausages
2 medium yellow onions
1-2 cup water
1 handful crushed dried sage
Several leaves of fresh sage
salt
pepper
1/2 gallon half & half or whipping cream
fresh chives
fresh rosemary

Directions:

In large saucepan, sauté onions & garlic until onions are translucent. Add sausage and brown. Drain. Add olive oil, potatoes, water and crushed dried sage. Cook 30 min. (Till potatoes are done)
Add whipping cream, fresh Sage, chives and rosemary. This dish tastes great when cooked in a dutch oven.
