Orange Whole-Wheat Couscous

Serves: 4
Total Calories: 21


3/4 cup water
3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup whole-wheat couscous (8 ounces)
1/2 teaspoon ground dried orange peel
1 sprig rosemary leaves (small)
salt and ground black pepper to taste


Bring the water and orange juice to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in the couscous, orange peel, rosemary, and pepper, cover, and remove from the heat. Let rest for 5 minutes, and fluff with a fork before serving.
