Ingredients

1 package Pillsbury Plus German chocolate cake mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
4 Heath bars, crushed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9x13-inch pan. In large bowl, mix all cake ingredients, except candy bars, at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle batter with crushed Heath bars. Bake at 350° for 30–40 minutes. Cool completely.

Glaze:
In small bowl, blend Glaze ingredients. Drizzle over cooled cake.

Even Easier: Use a bag of Heath Bites. These hard-coated candies, found in the candy section, are going to make crunchier “treasures” than Heath Bits (found in baking section), but all give the same taste.
