Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients

2 cups Captain Crunch Cereal, crushed
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/2 gallon ice cream, softened

Directions:

Mix together first 5 ingredients and put 1/2 in bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Then spread with soft ice cream. Put rest of mixture on top and freeze.

Editor's Extra: A food processor does the mixing for you quickly and uniformly.
