Special Lemon Cake

1 package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
3/4 cup Wesson oil
1 package lemon jello, dissolved in 1 cup hot water
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice


Mix well. Bake in greased and floured 9x13-inch pan in a moderate 350° oven for 30–35 minutes. When done, prick with fork.

Mix well and put on top of the warm cake. It will sink through the pricked holes.

Editor's Extra: Use lemon zest in cake if you don’t have any extract.
