Deviled Crab

Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 stem celery, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
12 Ritz crackers, crumbled slightly
1 heaping tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 black pepper
1/4 cup milk
1 pound claw crabmeat

Directions:

Melt margarine in heavy saucepan. Sauté onion, celery, and pepper until tender, but not browned. Beat eggs, add all other ingredients, and toss together lightly until well mixed. Turn into 1-quart greased casserole, sprinkle with additional cracker crumbs and paprika. Bake at 325° about 25-30 minutes or until firm.
