In the oil, sauté the onion until it is translucent and tender. Add the beans, corn, pimento, celery salt and pepper and simmer while stirring for 2 minutes. Drain the excess oil from the pan. Remove from the heat and add the bread crumbs.
Lay the steak in a baking dish. Spread the stuffing over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Combine the tomato juice, bouillon cube and wine and pour over the steak. Bake for 15 minutes more.
