Omelette Mushroom Sauce

Serves: 6

1 pound brown mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons polyunsaturated margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup low salt beef stock base
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


Sauté the mushrooms in the margarine. Blend in the flour, salt and beef stock. Add the Worcestershire, mix well, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
