Dill Cream

Ingredients

1 cup creamed cottage cheese
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped finely
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions:

In a covered blender at medium-high speed combine the cottage cheese, dill, salt, pepper and lemon zest until smooth and creamy. Serve as a dip or over a fresh vegetable salad or sautéd fish filets.
